Marcia Bryan

I am a registered dental hygienist who is very passionate about dentistry and dental hygiene in particular. Many years ago, I entered the field of dentistry as a dental assistant. I loved and enjoyed dental assisting immensely but felt that I needed to challenge myself a bit more; I also wanted to do more for my patients and so a career in dental hygiene was launched.

I studied dental hygiene at the prestigious Thomas Jefferson University School of Allied Health Professions in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in dental hygiene. I also hold an MBA degree from Norwich University in Northfield, Vermont. All my dental experience has been in private practice where I’ve been very fortunate to have also worked as a practice administrator. Interestingly enough, my current position as a dental hygiene consultant was born out of my love for both the business and the clinical components of the practice. I am a proud member of the ADHA, the GDHA and Delta Mu Delta Honor Society

Throughout my experience, I have seen many practices not do well and especially the dental hygiene department not live up to its potential! I know, personally, that the dental hygiene department does not have to be a “loss leader” as it is so often described. This is where I come in to help you and your team not only meet but exceed your goals! I am very enthusiastic to meet with you and your team to start you on the path to sweet success.
